Abstract
ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the Influence of Job Stress, Workload, and WorkLife Balance on Intention to Leave at PT PLN Persero Branch Lhokseumawe. Data for this study were collected through a survey method using a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. The population in this study consisted of 108 PLN employees. This research used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software. The results of the study indicate that job stress has a positive and significant effect on the intention to leave at PT PLN Persero Branch Lhokseumawe, workload has a positive and significant effect on the in tention to leave at PT PLN Persero Branch Lhokseumawe, and work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on the intention to leave at PT PLN Persero Branch Lhokseumawe. Partially, job stress, workload, and work-life balance have a positive and significant effect on the intention to leave at PT PLN Persero Branch Lhokseumawe.
