Abstract

This study was conducted to test and analyze the effect of employee engagement and servant leadership on job satisfaction in PDAM Tirtasari employees in Binjai City. This research uses quantitative methods that are quantified by data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 68 employees of PDAM Tirtasari. The population in this study was 110 employees, while the sample used in this study used simple random sampling which amounted to 68 employees. The analysis method used is multiple linear analysis techniques using SPSS. Data analysis uses a dara instrument test, classical assumption testand hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in PDAM Tirtasari Binjai City employees and servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in PDAM Tirtasari Binjai City employees.
