Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Annisa Dela Yolanda Br Sitepu Program Studi : Manajemen Judul : Pengaruh E-Content Store, E-Design Store dan E- Navigation Store terhadap Online Impulse Buying pada Platform E-Commerce (Pada Generasi Z di Kota Lhokseumawe) Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh e-content store, e-design store dan e-navigation store terhadap online impulse buying di platform e-commerce pada Generasi Z di Kota Lhokseumawe. Banyaknya responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu 120 Generasi Z yang menggunaka platform e-commerce di Kota Lhokseumawe. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah accidental sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dalam bentuk cross section data yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa e-content store, e-design store dan e-navigation store berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap online impulse buying Kata kunci : E-Content Store, E-Design Store, E-Navigation Store dan Online Impulse Buying ABSTARCT Name : Annisa Dela Yolanda Br Sitepu Study Program : Management Title : The Influence of E-Content Store, E-Design Store and E- Navigation Store on Online Impulse Buying in Platform E- Commerce (On Z Generation In Lhokseumawe City) The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of e-content stores, e-design stores and e-navigation stores on online impulse buying on e-commerce platforms among Z Generation in Lhokseumawe City. The number of respondents in this research are 120 Generation Z who used e-commerce platforms in Lhokseumawe City. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The type of data used in this research is primary data in the form of cross section data obtained by using questionnaire. The data analysis method in this research is multiple linear regression. The research results find that e-content stores, e-design stores and e- navigation stores have a positive and significant effect on online impulse buying Key Words : E-Content Store, E-Design Store, E-Navigation Store and Online Impulse Buying
