Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh celebrity endorser, citra merek, dan kepercayaan merek terhadap keputusan pembelian produk smartphone merek Oppo F1s di Kota Lhokseumawe secara parsial dan simultan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang menggunakan Smartphone merek Oppo F1s di Kota Lhokseumawe. Sampel yang digunakan adalah konsumen yang menggunakan smartphone merek Oppo F1s di Kota Lhokseumawe. Metode pengambilan sampelnya adalah Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa celebrity endorser, citra merek, dan kepercayaan merek berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk smartphone Oppo F1s di Kota Lhokseumawe. Secara simultan, celebrity endorser, citra merek dan kepercayaan merek berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk smartphone Oppo F1S di Kota Lhokseumawe. Kata kunci : Celebrity Endorser, Citra Merek, Kepercayaan Merek, Keputusan Pembelian. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the influence of celebrity endorser, brand image, and brand trust on purchase decision of Oppo F1s smartphone in Lhokseumawe City either partially and simultaneously. The population used in this study is the people who use Oppo F1s Smartphone in Lhokseumawe City. The samples used are consumers who use Oppo F1s brand smartphone in Lhokseumawe City. Sampling method is Accidental Sampling with the number of samples of 100 people. The data collected by questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this study partially indicate that the celebrity endorser, brand image, and brand trust influence the decision to purchase Oppo F1s smartphone in Lhokseumawe City. Simultaneously, celebrity endorser, brand image and brand trust influence the decision to Oppo F1S brand smartphone purchase in Lhokseumawe City.
