Abstract

Bakso Pak Haji is one of the meatball stalls located in Krueng Geukuh village, North Aceh Regency, which is a strategic location because it is close to the highway. This is an advantage for Bakso Pak Haji's business because of the spontaneous flow of customers when entering work hours as well as the route of students when returning or going to campus. Bakso Pak Haji has several variants of price products, has a variety of sizes, has a variety of chewiness which is an attraction for Bakso Pak Haji. This study aims to determine consumer preferences for Bakso Pak Haji and analyze which stimuli are most considered by consumers in the decision to consume Bakso Pak Haji. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method, namely conjoin analysis. The results of this study indicate that the combination of attributes to be the preferences of Bakso Pak Haji consumers are meatball noodles filled with meat + chicken, low price, large size and chewy chewiness. The NPR value of (58,920) the available price levels are expensive and cheap, the NPR value of product variants (28,282) the available product variant levels are empty meatballs, meatball noodles, meatball noodles + chicken, vein meatball noodles, vein meatball noodles + chicken, meatball noodles filled with meat, meatball noodles + chicken, mercon meatball noodles, mercon meatball noodles + chicken, chewy NPR value of (7. 492) the available chewy levels are not chewy and chewy, the size NPR value is (5,306) the available size levels are large and small.
