Abstract

Nama : Fitri Susanti Program Studi : Akuntansi Judul : Pengaruh Kompetensi Aparatur Desa, Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Desa, Partisipasi Masyarakat Dan Sistem Pengendalian Internal Terhadap Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa (Studi Kasus Desa Se-Kecamatan Tripe Jaya) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh Pengaruh Kompetensi Aparatur Desa, Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Desa, Partisipasi Masyarakat Dan Sistem Pengendalian Internal Terhadap Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa (Studi Kasus Desa Se-Kecamatan Tripe Jaya). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dan didapat 60 responden sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis serta koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan program software SPSS 26.0. Hasil dari pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi Aparatur Desa tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung < ttabel (0,554 < 2.004 ) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,582 < 0,005. Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Desa tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung < ttabel (0,397 < 2.004) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,693 < 0,05. Partisipasi Masyarakat tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung < ttabel (1.037 < 2.004) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,304 < 0,05. Sistem Pengendalian Internal berpengaruh positif terhadap Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (4.729 > 2.004) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.
