Abstract

ABSTRAK TASYA SUSMITA NASUTION : Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Berbasis Problem Based Learning Pada Materi Statistika Kelas X SMA N 1 Syamtalira Bayu. Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika FKIP Universitas Malikussaleh, 2024. Penggunaan metode dan media pembelajaran yang digunakan disekolah kurang bervariasi sehingga LKPD Berbasis Problem Base Learning menjadi sebuah media pembelajaran yang berperan penting dalam pembelajaran peserta didik. Dengan adanya LKPD tersebut peserta didik lebih mudah untuk memahami materi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan LKPD berbasis problem based learning pada materi statistika pemusatan data yang valid, praktis, dan cukup efektif untuk digunakan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D yaitu Pendefinisian (Define), Perancangan (Design), Pengembangan (Develop), dan Penyebaran (Disseminate). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah ahli media, ahli materi, uji coba kelompok kecil 6 peserta didik, dan uji coba kelompok besar 29 peserta didik. Hasil dari penelitian ini validasi ahli media dengan rata-rata kelayakan sebesar 80,14% dengan kriteria valid. Berdasarkan validasi ahli materi rata-rata sebesar 91,89% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Kepraktisan dari hasil respon siswa atau pengisian angket kelompok kecil yang terdiri dari 6 orang siswa dengan rata-rata sebesar 95% dengan kriteria sangat praktis dan uji coba kelompok besar 29 siswa dengan rata-rata sebesar 44% dengan kriteria cukup efektif dan uji kelompok besar dari angket respon siswa memperoleh rata-rata 96% dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Dengan demikian bahan ajar berbasis Problem Based Learning pada materi statistika pemusatan data kelas X valid, sangat praktis dan cukup efektif digunakan sebagai media ajar dalam proses pembelajaran matematika. With the LKPD, students can more easily understand the material. The purpose of this research is to develop a valid, practical, and effective problem-based learning LKPD for data centralization statistics. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4D model: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The subjects in this study were media experts, material experts, and researchers. Small group trials of 6 students, and large group trials of 29 students. The results of this study validated by media experts with an average feasibility of 80.14% with valid criteria. Based on validation by material experts, the average was 91.89% with very valid criteria. The practicality of the results of student responses or filling out small group questionnaires consisting of 6 students with an average of 95% with very practical criteria and large group trials of 29 students with an average of 44% with quite effective criteria and large group trials of student response questionnaires obtained an average of 96% with very practical criteria. Thus, the teaching materials based on Problem Based Learning on the statistical material on data centralization for class X are valid, very practical and quite effective to be used as teaching media in the mathematics learning process.
