Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran work-family conflict pada ibu yang bekerja sebagai tenaga kesehatan di RS X Peureulak. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan nonprobability sampling adalah teknik pengambilan sampel yang tidak memberikan peluang yang sama bagi setiap unsur populasi untuk menjadi anggota sampel, dengan teknik purposive sampling pengambilan sampel dari populasi dilakukan dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Hasil analisis data diperoleh terlihat bahwa bahwa gambaran work-family conflict pada ibu yang bekerja sebagai tenaga kesehatan di RS berada pada kategori sedang, ibu yang bekerja sebagai tenaga kesehatan mengalami work-family conflict akan tetapi tidak terlalu dominan dan masih dapat dikelola. This study aims to determine the description of work-family conflict in mothers who work as health workers at X Peureulak Hospital. The method used in this study is a nonprobability sampling approach, a sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities for each element of the population to become a sample member, with a purposive sampling technique sampling from the population is carried out with certain considerations. The results of the data analysis obtained show that the description of work-family conflict in mothers who work as health workers at the hospital is in the high category with a value of 59%, in the medium category with a value of 41% and in the low category with a percentage value of 0%. Thus, it can be concluded that in general mothers who work as health workers at the hospital have high work-family conflict.
