Abstract

ABSTRAK FAZLIA RAHMANI: Pengembangan LKPD Berbasis Contextual Learning pada Materi Kimia Kelas X Semester Ganjil. Program Studi Pendidikan Kimia FKIP Universitas Malikussaleh, 2025. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis Contextual Learning pada mata pelajaran Kimia kelas X semester ganjil. Pengembangan LKPD ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran dengan menghubungkan materi kimia dengan pengalaman nyata, sehingga dapat menjadi alternatif yang lebih interaktif dibandingkan buku teks tradisional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari tahap Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Namun, penelitian ini dibatasi hanya pada tahap Development. Proses validasi dilakukan oleh ahli materi dan ahli media untuk memastikan kelayakan LKPD sebelum diuji coba kepada peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validasi ahli materi memperoleh indeks kelayakan sebesar 0,74 (layak), sedangkan validasi ahli media mencapai 0,90 (sangat layak). Respon peserta didik terhadap LKPD sangat positif, dengan rata-rata skor 93,5% (sangat baik). Uji coba pada siswa kelas X-3 menghasilkan skor 97% (sangat baik), sementara kelas X-5 memperoleh skor 90% (sangat baik). Penilaian guru juga menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik, dengan indeks kelayakan rata-rata 0,93 (sangat layak). Dengan demikian, LKPD berbasis Contextual Learning ini layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan minat dan partisipasi siswa. Chemistry Education Study Program, FKIP, Malikussaleh University, 2025. This research aims to develop and test the feasibility of Contextual Learning-based Student Worksheets (LKPD) in the odd semester class X Chemistry subject. The development of this worksheet was carried out to increase student involvement in learning by connecting chemistry material with real experiences, so that it can be a more interactive alternative to traditional textbooks. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model which consists of the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation stages. However, this research is limited to the Development stage only. The validation process is carried out by material experts and media experts to ensure the suitability of the LKPD before being tested on students. The research results showed that material expert validation obtained a feasibility index of 0.74 (feasible), while media expert validation reached 0.90 (very feasible). Students' responses to the LKPD were very positive, with an average score of 93.5% (very good). Trials on students in class X-3 resulted in a score of 97% (very good), while class X-5 obtained a score of 90% (very good). Teacher assessments also show very good results, with an average feasibility index of 0.93 (very feasible). Thus, this Contextual Learning-based LKPD is suitable for use as an effective learning medium in increasing student interest and participation.
