Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah ada hubungan antara self-regulated learning dengan perencanaan karir pada siswa/i SMK Pembangunan Pertanian Negeri Bireuen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional dengan jumlah sampel 113 siswa/i SMK Pembangunan Pertanian Negeri Bireuen. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Non-probability Sampling yaitu jenis Sampling Total. Uji hipotesis data tersebut berdistribusi normal sehingga dilakukan oleh uji hipotesis parametrik dengan uji analisis data yang menggunakan korelasi Product-Moment PearsonHasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara self-regulated learning dengan perencanaan karir pada siswa/i SMK Pembangunan Pertanian Negeri Bireuen , dengan nilai korelasi positif sebesar 0,515, oleh karena itu hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan (Ha) diterima yaitu adanya hubungan yang positif antara self-regulated learning dengan perencanaan karir. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi self-regulated learning seseorang maka semakin tinggi pula perencanaan karir pada siswa/i SMK Pembangunan Pertanian Negeri Bireuen, sebaliknya semakin rendah self-regulated learning seseorang maka semakin rendah pula perencanaan karir pada siswa/i SMK Pembangunan Pertanian Negeri Bireuen. Kata kunci: Self-Regulated Learning, Perencanaan Karir, Siswa/i SMK   ABSTRACK This research aims to see whether there is a relationship between self-regulated learning and career planning in Bireuen State Agricultural Development Vocational School students. This research uses a quantitative method approach with a correlational research design with a sample size of 113 students at Bireuen State Agricultural Development Vocational School. This research uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely the Total Sampling typ Hypothesis testing: The data is normally distributed so that a parametric hypothesis test is carried out using a data analysis test using Pearson Product-Moment correlation The results of this research show that there is a significant relationship between self-regulated learning and career planning among students at the Bireuen State Agricultural Development Vocational School, with a positive correlation value of 0.515, therefore the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and (Ha) is accepted, namely that there is a positive relationship between self-regulated learning and career planning So it can be concluded that the higher a person's self-regulated learning, the higher the career planning of Bireuen State Agricultural Development Vocational School students, conversely, the lower a person's self-regulated learning, the lower the career planning of Bireuen State Agricultural Development Vocational School students.
