Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was carried out at the kelanting agro-industry business in Cengkeh Turi, North Binjai District, Binjai City, the location of Mrs. Tutik's kelanting business. The object of this research is the Kelanting agro-industry business owner. This kelanting business has been running since 2015 until now. This research is aimed at: 1). Find out how to procure raw materials for Mrs. Tutik's cassava kelanting agro-industry business in Cengkeh Turi, North Binjai District, Binjai City. 2). Analyzing the feasibility of Mrs. Tutik's kelanting agro-industry business in Cengkeh Turi, North Binjai District, Binjai City. 3). Analyzing the added value of Mrs. Tutik's kelanting agro-industry in Cengkeh Turi, North Binjai District, Binjai City. The data used is primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative. The results of the research show that Mrs. Tutik's kelanting business in Cengkeh Turi, North Binjai District, Binjai City is suitable to be run based on the criteria, namely an R/C ratio of 1.7, which means it produces more than 1, with costs for one production of IDR 1,279,082. , revenue of 2,250,000 and profit of Rp. 970,918. With an added value result of 4,780 with a value added ratio of 63.7%. The added value ratio obtained in the Kelanting business is a high value added ratio because it has a ratio of >40%.
