Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan School Well-Being pada Santri Dayah Salafi dengan Santri Dayah Terpadu di Kabupaten Bireuen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kompratif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan School Well-Being. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner School Well-Being. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 380 santri yang dimana 190 santri Dayah Salafi dan 190 santri Dayah Terpadu yang diperoleh berdasarkan metode cluster random sampling yang sesuai dengan karakteristik dan di anggap mewakili santri di Kabupaten Bireuen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak, artinya bahwa tidak ada perbedaan School Well-Being Santri Dayah Salafi dengan Santri Dayah Terpadu. Hal ini dikarenakan Santri Dayah Salafi dan Santri Dayah Terpadu dapat terpenuhi kebutuhan dasarnya yang mencakup kebutuhan material maupun non-material seperti kondisi lingkungan yang nyaman, memiliki hubungan sosial yang baik, dapat terlibat dalam semua kegiatan dan terjaganya status kesehatan. This study aims to determine the differences in School Well-Being in Salafi Dayah Students and Integrated Dayah Students in Bireuen Regency. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a comparative research design that aims to determine the differences in School Well-Being. Data were obtained through the distribution of School Well-Being questionnaires. The subjects in this study were 380 students, of which 190 were Salafi Dayah students and 190 were Integrated Dayah students obtained based on the cluster random sampling method that was in accordance with the characteristics and was considered to represent students in Bireuen Regency. The results showed that H0 was accepted and Ha was rejected, meaning that there was no difference in School Well-Being in Salafi Dayah Students and Integrated Dayah Students. This is because Salafi Dayah Students and Integrated Dayah Students can have their basic needs met which include material and non-material needs such as comfortable environmental conditions, having good social relationships, being able to participate in all activities and maintaining health status.
