Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran kekerasan dalam berpacaran pada mahasiswa di Unimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis statistik deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 385 mahasiswa Universitas Malikussaleh yang sedang berpacaran ataupun pernah berpacaran semasa kuliah. Adapun subjek penelitian yang diperoleh berdasarkan teknik non-probability sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa kekerasan dalam berpacaran pada mahasiswa Universitas Malikussaleh berada pada kategori sedang yaitu 72,2%. Kemudian hasil penelitian berdasakran jenis kelamin diperoleh yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki berada pada kategori sedang dengan nilai yang lebih besar yaitu 72% dibandingkan perempuan. Tingkat kekerasan dalam berpacaran menurut Angkatan yang paling tinggi adalah mahasiswa 2019. Selanjutnya, tingkat kekerasan dalam berpacaran menurut usia yang paling tinggi berada pada fase perkembangan remaja akhir sebanyak 74%. Jika dilihat dari aspek, yang terbanyak adalah kekerasan seksual yaitu sebanyak 70,4%. Diikuti dengan kekerasan verbal sebanyak 68%, dan kekerasan fisik 54,3%. Kata Kunci: Kekerasan Dalam Berpacaran, Mahasiswa, Unimalvi ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the picture of dating violence among students at Unimal. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive statistical type. The subjects in this study were 385 Malikussaleh University students who were dating or had dated during college. The research subjects were obtained based on non-probability sampling techniques. The results of this study showed that dating violence among Malikussaleh University students was in the moderate category, namely 72.2% of 278 students. Then the results of the study based on gender were obtained that the male gender was in the moderate category with a higher value of 72% compared to women. The highest level of dating violence according to the Class of 2019 was students in 85%. Furthermore, the highest level of dating violence according to age was in the late adolescent development phase of 74%. When viewed from the aspect, the most was sexual violence, namely 70.4%. Followed by verbal violence of 68%, and physical violence of 54.3%. Keywords: Violence in Dating, Students, Unimal.
