Abstract

ABSTRAK Wawan Setiawan: Analisis Kesiapan Guru Kimia Dalam Menunjang Assesmen Nasional. Program Studi Pendidikan Kimia FKIP Universitas Malikussaleh, 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan guru kimia dalam menunjang Asesmen Nasional, faktor pendukung kesiapan guru kimia dalam menunjang Asesmen Nasional, dan faktor penghambat kesiapan guru kimia dalam menunjang Asesmen Nasional, di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di kabupaten Aceh Utara. pada semester ganjil tahun 2023/2024. penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian survei. Survei menyediakan pertanyaan- pertanyaan untuk penelitian tentang laporan keyakinan/kepercayaan atau perilaku diri. penelitian kepada guru kimia SMAN 1 Muara Batu, SMA Negeri 2 Nisam, SMA Negeri 1 Nisam, SMA Negeri 1 Banda Baro, dan SMA Negeri 2 Kusuma Bangsa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian indikator Kesiapan Guru dalam Menghadapi Asesmen Nasional di Sekolah, mendapatkan skor 36,8 (dari skor maksimal 40) dan persentase 92% dengan katagori sangat baik, hasil penilaian indikator faktor pendukung Kesiapan Guru dalam Menghadapi Asesmen Nasional di Sekolah, mendapatkan skor 27 (dari skor maksimal 30) dan persentase 90% dengan katagori sangat baik, hasil penilaian indikator faktor penghambat Kesiapan Guru dalam Menghadapi Asesmen Nasional di Sekolah, mendapatkan skor 15,1 (dari skor maksimal 20) dan persentase 76% dengan katagori baik. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan guru adalah pelatihan, pengalaman mengajar, dan dukungan sekolah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa sekolah dan pemerintah perlu menyediakan pelatihan asesmen nasional yang lebih intensif dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kesiapan guru. This research aims to analyze the readiness of chemistry teachers in supporting the National Assessment, supporting factors of chemistry teachers' readiness in supporting the National Assessment, and inhibiting factors of chemistry teachers' readiness in supporting the National Assessment, in Senior High Schools (SMA) in North Aceh Regency. The research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. The research method used in this study is qualitative research with a survey research design. The survey provides questions for research on reports of confidence/trust or self-behavior. The research was conducted on chemistry teachers at SMAN 1 Muara Batu, SMA Negeri 2 Nisam, SMA Negeri 1 Nisam, SMA Negeri 1 Banda Baro, and SMAN 2 Kusuma Bangsa. This research recommends that schools and the government need to provide more intensive and effective national assessment training to improve teacher readiness.
