Abstract
ABSTRACT Agustina: Local Wisdom in Poem Aceh in Kota Bahagia District, South Aceh Regency. Indonesian Language Education Study Program FKIP Malikussaleh University, 2024. This research aims to describe the types and forms of local wisdom in Acehnese poem a series of wedding customs in Kota Bahagia District. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data for this research are rhymes from a series of wedding customs in Kota Bahagia District, South Aceh Regency. The data source for this research is community leaders. The data collection techniques for this research are interview and documentation. The results of study the study show that there are two types of local wisdom namely the type of prosperity and peace. In this research, several types of welfare were found, namely education, health, gender management, and cultural preservation and creativity. Several types of peace are, namely politeness, honesty, social solidarity, harmony and conflict resolution, commitment, and gratitude. There are several forms of local wisdom, namely values, norms, ethics, beliefs and customs. Keywords: Local Wisdom, Poem in a Series of South Aceh Wedding Traditions
