Abstract
ABSTRAK NENENG ANJARWATI: Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing Berbantuan Media Video Terhadap Peningkatan Keterampilan Proses Sains Siswa. Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika FKIP Universitas Malikussaleh, 2025. Model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing merupakan serangkaian kegiatan pembelajaran yang lebih menekankan pada proses berpikir siswa secara kritis untuk mencari dan menemukan sendiri jawaban dari permasalahan yang dipertanyakan yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains. Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu: (1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana peningkatan dan perbedaan keterampilan setelah penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan media video. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian quasi eksperimental, dan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah non-equivalent control group design. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing berbantuan Media Video dapat meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa pada materi gelombang bunyi. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari uji n-gain dimana kelas eksperimen memiliki nilai yang lebih signifikan dibandingkan kelas kontrol, yaitu sebesar 0,70 dan kelas kontrol 0,42 dengan selisih nilai 0,28. Rata-rata nilai keterampilan proses sains pada kelas eksperimen ketika melakukan percobaan yang mencakup seluruh indikator adalah sebesar 59,50%, dan nilai tertinggi pada indikator tersebut adalah mengamati (observasi) dengan skor rata-rata 61,88%. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis yang dilakukan menggunakan uji independent sampel t-test didapatkan nilai Sig.(2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05,. Sehingga terdapat perbedaan keterampilan proses sains siswa setelah penerapan model inkuri terbimbing berbantuan media video dibandingkan kelas kontrol dengan model pembelajaran dirrect instruction. The guided inquiry learning model is a series of learning activities that emphasize the student's critical thinking process to find and find answers to questionable problems that can improve science process skills. The objectives of this study are: (1) to find out how skills improve and differ after the implementation of the guided inquiry learning model assisted by video media. The approach used in the study is a quantitative approach, using a quasi-experimental research method, and the research design used is a non-equivalent control group design. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that the application of the Guided Inquiry learning model assisted by Video Media can improve students' science process skills on sound wave materials. This can be seen from the n-gain test where the experimental class had a more significant value than the control class, which was 0.70 and the control class 0.42 with a difference of 0.28. The average value of science process skills in the experimental class when conducting experiments that cover all indicators is 59.50%, and the highest value in these indicators is observation with an average score of 61.88%. Based on the results of the hypothesis test carried out using an independent test of the t-test sample, a value of Sig.(2-tailed) was obtained of 0.000 < 0.05. So that there is a difference in students' science process skills after the application of the guided inquiry model assisted by video media compared to the control class with the directed instruction learning model.
