Abstract

K-MEDOIDS ON CLUSTERING SYSTEM FISHERMAN CATCH RESULTS DISTRICTS NORTH ACEH UTARA ABSTRACT The amount of data stored in the database of a Fisheries and Marine Service is sometimes not used properly apart from administrative needs, even though every year there are additional data on the catch of fishermen in every region in Indonesia. K-medoids in the catch clustering system of fishermen in North Aceh Regency, namely an application to cluster fishermen's catch with low, medium, and high clusters, with the amount of data on 75 types of fish available and in 8 subdistricts of North Aceh Regency from 2018 to 2019. Research It uses data mining techniques in the data management process with the K-medoids clustering method. The results of observations from 5 times testing of fishermen's catch data in 2018 using 3 clusters with different data for each test, namely the iteration at least stops at the 2nd iteration on the 3rd test with 3,45,70 test data and on the 4th test with the test data of 3.26.61 and with the most iterations stop at the 4th iteration on the 2nd test with the test word 25.56.61 and the 5th test with the test data 58.64.75.
