Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was carried out at the salted egg home industry business in Beurandang Village, Syamtalira Bayu District, North Aceh Regency. Mrs. Salmiati salted egg business has been running for quite a long time and continues to experience an increase in production, but this business does not open regularly, so the profits obtained are not know for certain. Mrs. Salmiati salted egg business is experiencing several obstacles, including difficulty getting straw ash and problems. Furthermore,eggs rot easily during the rainy season, because the cage is easily damp and watery, if therear rotten eggs purchased from an egg farmer then the risk, is borne by the business owner, if this happens it can affect the production costs which will ultimately affect the size of the profil mede. Obtained by the producer Mrs. Salmiati.This research aims to analyze how much profit is obtained from the salted Egg Home Indistry Business in District, North Aceh Regency and analyze the obstacles faced by the salted Egg Home Indutsry Busniness Beurandang Village, Syamtalira Bayu Distct, North Aceh Regency . The data analysis method used is quantitative and qualitative analysis. Types of data in primary and secondary research show that the results of this reseach show that the salted egg home industy business incurs costs in one production process of IDR 6,664,373 the is revenue is IDR 7.470.000 and profits are IDR 805,627. The R/C ratio obtained is 1.12, which means that salted eggs are feasibele to run and the B/C ratio obtained is 0,12, which is greater than (0), so this busness is profitable. General obstacles faced In making salted eggs, the raw material constraints are 85% in the very contstrained category. Keyword profit : analysis constraints of the salted egg business
