Abstract

This research was carried out in the home industry of single daughter crackers in Salapian District, Lalat Regency. The marketing of the home industry putri tunggal crackers still faces problems such as products that have not been widely marketed, promotions that are still not effective. The purpose of the study is to identify the marketing mix in the single daughter cracker home industry and formulate the right strategy in the marketing mix of the putri Tunggal cracker home industry. The data analysis method used is qualitative descriptive using SWOT analysis tools which are carried out to identify internal factors and external factors in the home industry of putri Tunggal crackers. The results of this study show that the home industry of single female crackers is located in quadrant I and the IFAS matrix shows that the strength and weakness factors have a value of 1.35 while the EFAS matrix shows that the pluang and threat factors have a value of 2.03. This shows a favorable situation for the home industry because it has opportunities and strengths so that it can take advantage of existing opportunities. The right strategy for the home industry of Putri Tungga crackers is the SO (Strenght Opportunity) strategy that utilizes all the strengths to take the biggest opportunity.
