Abstract
ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Celala District, Central Aceh Regency in 2023. Celala District is one of the coffee producing areas in Central Aceh Regency and is a source of income for farmers, but the number of damaged coffee fields has caused a decrease in farmers' income, thus affecting the welfare of coffee farmers. This study aims to determine the level of income and welfare of coffee farmers in Celala District. Data was sourced from BPS Aceh Tengah, BPP Celala Subdistrict and the distribution of questionnaires. The analysis method uses household income analysis and the good service ratio (GSR) method and the Sajogyo theory approach. The results of this study showed that the household income of farmers in Celala sub-district amounted to Rp.65,861,700.50 / year and the level of welfare of coffee farmers was in the less prosperous category with a GSR value of 1.25 (>1), while the level of welfare of coffee farmers with the sajpgyo theory approach is that most coffee farmers are in the category of sufficient life 64.29% and coffee farmers are in the near-poor category 35.71%.
