Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh self-confidence, self-efficacy, dan self-concept terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa program studi manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Malikussaleh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 91 orang mahasiswa program studi manajemen Fakultas Universitas Malikussaleh. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel, self-confident, self-efficacy, dan self-concept berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa program studi manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Malikussaleh. This research aims to determine the influence of self-confidence, self-efficacy, and self-concept on the academic achievement of students in the management study program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Malikussaleh University. The sample in this research was 91 students from the management study program at the Faculty of Malikussaleh University. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that each variable, self-confidence, self-efficacy, and self-concept have a positive effect on the academic achievement of students in the management study program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Malikussaleh University.
