Abstract

ABSTRAK Tuberkulosis atau TB merupakan penyakit infeksi menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Indonesia adalah negara kedua dengan penderita TB tertinggi di dunia setelah India. Salah satu upaya untuk mengendalikan tuberkulosis adalah dengan pengobatan. Indikator yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi pengobatan tuberkulosis adalah angka keberhasilan pengobatan (success rate). Angka keberhasilan pengobatan ini menggambarkan kualitas pengobatan tuberkulosis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran penggunaan obat anti tuberkulosis, mengevaluasi penggunaan obat anti tuberkulosis meliputi tepat obat, tepat dosis, dan lamanya pengobatan serta mengetahui hasil pengobatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional yang bersifat deskriptif retrospektif dengan responden berjumlah 182 sampel yang diambil dari data rekam medis. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa obat anti tuberkulosis (OAT) yang digunakan adalah OAT kombinasi dosis tetap (KDT) dan ketepatan penggunaan OAT yaitu tepat obat 100%, tepat dosis 99,5%, tepat lamanya pengobatan 90,7 % dan hasil pengobatan didapatkan pasien sembuh sebesar 1,1%, pengobatan lengkap 89,0%, gagal dalam pengobatan 0,5%, meninggal 2,2%, putus berobat 4,4%, dan 2,7% tidak dievaluasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, pengobatan pasien TB paru dewasa menggunakan OAT di Puskesmas Kota Lhokseumawe sudah tepat obat, tepat dosis dan lamanya pengobatan. Kata kunci : Infeksi, Mycobacterium Tuberculosis, Pengobatan, Succes rate, Tepat dosis. ABSTRACT Tuberculosis or TB is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium mycobacterium tuberculosis. Indonesia is the second country with the highest TB cases in the world after India. One of the efforts to control tuberculosis is by treatment. The indicator used to evaluate tuberculosis treatment is the success rate. The success rate of this treatment illustrates the quality of tuberculosis treatment. This study aims to determine the picture of the use of anti tuberculosis drugs, evaluate the use of anti tuberculosis drugs, including the proper medication, the correct dose, and the treatment duration and determine the treatment results. This study is a retrospective descriptive observational study with 182 samples taken from medical record data. Samples are taken using the total sampling technique. The study results illustrate that the anti tuberculosis drugs (OAT) used are a fixed dose combination OAT (KDT). The accuracy of using OAT is precisely 100% drug, the correct dose 99.5%, the proper duration of treatment 90.7% and treatment results obtained patients cured by 1.1%, complete treatment 89.0%, failed in treatment 0.5%, died 2.2%, dropped out 4.4%, and 2.7% were not evaluated. The conclusion of this study is treatment of adult pulmonary TB patients using OAT at the Lhokseumawe City Health Center is the proper medication, the correct dose and duration of treatment.
