Abstract

Aceh Timur Regency has an area of 6,040.60 km2 consisting of 24 sub-districts, with 513 villages. Currently, officers still use a manual system, the change from the old system to the new system is expected to help existing problems and make it easier for disaster officers to evacuate at the scene. Therefore, the author takes problems related to route finding and disaster information to facilitate disaster officers when carrying out disaster assistance to evacuation points located in each sub-district. This android-based system will display the closest route from the disaster officer to the disaster location. Making it easier for officers to determine the intended path. Researchers use the Hill Climbing algorithm and the Haversine Algorithm to determine the closest route. The map displayed in the system uses the Google Maps API, The software used in building this application is Android Studio and Firebase as a database. The final result of the research using the Hill Climbing and Haversine methods is the best path and distance to the disaster location.
