Abstract

Penilaian posisi kerja dilakukan menggunakan lembar kerja REBA, sedangkan kejadian low back pain diukur menggunakan kuesioner The Pain and Distress Scale. Kata kunci : Low Back Pain, Posisi Kerja, Perawat ii ABSTRACT Low back pain is a common musculoskeletal complaint among nurses, particularly those working in polyclinic settings, and is associated with nonergonomic work postures during daily tasks. Some activities, such as sitting for a long time, bending over, and maintaining a static body position, can potentially increase the load on the lumbar spine, which may eventually cause pain. This research aimed to examine the relationship between work position and the incidence of low back pain in polyclinic settings at the Hospital of Cut Meutia, Regency of North Aceh. We used a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach. Using the total sampling technique, we selected 61 nurses. Work position assessment was assessed using the REBA worksheet, while the incidence of low back pain was measured through the Pain and Distress Scale questionnaire. The data was analysed using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of univariate analysis, it was found that work positions were dominated by positions that were not at risk (55.7%), while the risk of low back pain was dominated by medium risk (62.3%). The results of the statistical test showed a p-value of 0.0001 (p<0,05), which means that there was a relationship between the work position and the incidence of low back pain in polyclinic settings at the Hospital of Cut Meutia, Regency of North Aceh.
