Abstract

1 ABSTRACT Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is an important staplefood for most people in the world, especially in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the growth and yield responses of several upland rice varieties due to the administration of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) Jakaba and photosynthetic bacteria. This study was conducted at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture and the Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Malikussaleh University. This study was carried out from April to July 2025. This study was conducted using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 2 factors and 3 replications. In the treatment of upland rice varieties, it affects the observation of plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, leaf chlorophyll, stomata, number of productive tillers, panicle length, number of panicles, dry grain weight, full grain weight, 1000 grain weight and production Ha(tons). The treatment of Jakaba LOF photosynthetic bacteria and observations of plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, leaf chlorophyll, flag leaf, number of productive tillers, panicle length, number of panicles, 1000-grain weight, dry grain weight/plant, full grain weight, and production tons/ha. There was an interaction between the treatment of upland rice varieties and the combination of Jakaba LOF and photosynthetic bacteria observations of leaf chlorophyll, dry grain weight, and production tons/ha. The best treatment was obtained with the P3K3 treatment (Inpago 13 Fortiz variety + Jakaba POC 50 ml/liter + 20 ml/liter photosynthetic bacteria). Keywords: Inpago 13 fortiz, Microorganisms, Rice washing water, Rice
