Abstract

Klinik Bireuen Eye Center merupakan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan mata yang menghadapi tantangan dalam digitalisasi layanan, khususnya pada proses pendaftaran pasien dan pengelolaan data secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi klinik berbasis mobile dengan menggunakan metode prototype untuk mempermudah proses reservasi pasien, pemilihan jadwal dokter, dan pencatatan hasil konsultasi secara terintegrasi. Metode prototype digunakan untuk membangun sistem secara bertahap melalui perancangan antarmuka, pembuatan model awal, serta evaluasi langsung oleh pengguna. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan teknologi Flutter dan Visual Studio Code, dengan fitur utama berupa pendaftaran online, manajemen jadwal, dan notifikasi pengingat. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode Black Box Testing dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) yang melibatkan pasien, dokter, dan admin sebagai pengguna akhir. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berfungsi sesuai harapan dan diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna. Sistem ini dinilai mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi antrean, serta menyediakan layanan yang lebih akurat dan cepat. Dengan demikian, sistem ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap digitalisasi layanan kesehatan di klinik. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi Klinik Mata, Aplikasi Mobile, Metode Prototype. ABSTRACT The Bireuen Eye Center Clinic is an eye health service facility that faces challenges in digitizing services, especially in the patient registration process and manual data management. This study aims to develop a mobile-based clinic information system using the prototype method to facilitate the process of patient reservations, selecting a doctor's schedule, and recording consultation results in an integrated manner. The prototype method is used to build the system in stages through interface design, initial modeling, and direct evaluation by users. The system was developed using Flutter technology and Visual Studio Code, with the main features being online registration, schedule management, and reminder notifications. Testing was conducted using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methods involving patients, doctors, and admins as end users. The test results show that the system functions as expected and is well received by users. The system is considered capable of increasing operational efficiency, reducing queues, and providing more accurate and faster services. Thus, this system makes a significant contribution to the digitization of health services at the clinic. Keywords: Eye Clinic Information System, Mobile Application, Prototype Method.
