Abstract

ARLI MURLIDA. The Role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMG) in Empowering Farming in Seumirah Gampong, Nisam Antara District, North Aceh Regency, supervised by SETIA BUDI and HAFNI ZAHARA as members of the supervising commission. This research was conducted in Seumirah Village, Nisam Antara District, North Aceh Regency. This study aims to see how the role of village-owned enterprises (BUMG) in empowering farming in Seumirah Village, Nisam Antara District, North Aceh Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with an analytical tool using a Likert scale. The sampling technique is using a census by taking all the farmers who are members of BUMG Beudoh Beusaree, namely as many as 15 people. The results showed that the role of village-owned enterprises (BUMG) in empowering farming in Seumirah Gampong was stated to have a role with an index value of 78.22%, using 3 indicators, namely human development, business development, and capital development.
