Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran stres kerja pada karyawan PT X Belawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk membuat suatu deskripsi atau gambaran sistematis tentang stress kerja karyawan. Instrumen telah di uji cobakan adapun hasil uji reliabilitas skala adalah 0.889. Jumlah responden adalah 105 dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden PT X Belawan tergolong dalam kategori memiliki stres kerja rendah sebesar 54,3%. Hasil tersebut juga menunjukkan bahwa sebagian kecil karyawan PT X memiliki stres kerja yang tinggi. Kata kunci: PT. The research method used is quantitative with descriptive analysis which aims to create a systematic description or picture of employee work stress. The instrument has been tested and the results of the scale reliability test are 0.889. The number of respondents is 105 using saturated sampling techniques. The results of the study showed that most respondents of PT X Belawan are included in the category of having low work stress of 54.3%.
