Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas kerja dan dukungan organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Dinas Pertanahan Kabupaten Aceh Utara dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang dikuantifikasikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi PLS-SEM dengan menggunakan Aplikasi SmartPLS4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel fasilitas kerja dan dukungan organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Variabel fasilitas kerja dan dukungan organisasi juga memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Variabel motivasi kerja juga terbukti memediasi hubungan antara fasilitas kerja serta dukungan organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar organisasi meningkatkan kualitas fasilitas kerja dan memperkuat dukungan organisasi, seperti pelatihan dan pengembangan karir, untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja pegawai. Kata kunci: fasilitas kerja, dukungan organisasi, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja This study aims to examine the influence of work facilities and organizational support on job satisfaction among employees of the Land Office of North Aceh Regency, with work motivation as an intervening variable.. This research employs a quantifying qualitative method. The analysis was conducted using PLS-SEM regression with the SmartPLS4 application. The results indicate that the variables of work facilities and organizational support have a significant positive influence on work motivation. Additionally, work facilities and organizational support significantly and positively affect job satisfaction. Furthermore, work motivation was proven to mediate the relationship between work facilities and organizational support with employee job satisfaction. This study suggests that organizations should enhance the quality of work facilities and strengthen organizational support, such as through training and career development programs, to improve employee motivation and job satisfaction.
