Abstract

This research was conducted on Mr. Zikrun's broiler chicken business in Babah Suak Village, Kutablang District, Bireuen Regency. Mr. Zikrun's broiler chicken business has been running from 2021 until now using a closed house cage system and undergoing a partnership pattern cooperation with PT Ciomas Adisatwa. Mr. Zirun's broiler chicken business experiences problems, namely that every year the amount of production produced always fluctuates, based on this it can directly affect the income of farmers, because it is influenced by the selling price of chicken which is fixed due to the price contract system with business partners. This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility and sensitivity of the closed house broiler chicken business with a partnership pattern owned by Mr. Zikrun in Babah Suak Village, Kutablang District, Bireuen Regency. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis uses financial analysis methods using investment criteria, namely Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B / C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Break Even Point and Payback Period (PBP), and sensitivity analysis using variables selling price down by 8% and feed price up 1.5%. The types of data in primary and secondary research. The results of the study indicate that Mr. Zikrun's broiler chicken business is feasible to run. This can be seen from the NPV value obtaining a profit of Rp. 3,459,336.177-, IRR value of 75.06% (>6%), Net B/C value of 7.09 (>1), BEP value can be returned in 12 years, 8 months, 4 days, and PBP value can be returned in the period of year 1, month 2, 4 days. The sensitivity criteria for changes in selling prices down 8% and an increase in feed prices of 1.5% show that the NPV value gains a profit of Rp. 513,131,312, IRR value of 18.25% (>6%), Net B/C value of 1.87 (>1), BEP value can be returned in 14 years, 8 months, 4 days, and PBP value can be returned in the period of year 1, month 2, day 8.
