Abstract
THE APPLICATION OF FUZZY C-MEANS IN DETERMINING STUDENT SATISFACTION LEVEL OF ONLINE LEARNING DURING PANDEMIC COVID-19 ABSTRACT This study was conducted to determine the level of student satisfaction in online learning conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic which is useful for evaluating or improving online learning so that it will be even better in the future. The purpose of this study is to find out how the level of student satisfaction in Informatics Engineering at Malikussaleh University in online learning and can produce a system that can cluster student satisfaction levels using the Fuzzy C- Means method. There are 3 variables used in this study, namely the teaching and learning process, lecturer competence and facilities and infrastructure. In this study, the first stage was collecting questionnaire data which was filled out by 500 students of Informatics Engineering at Malikussaleh University, the data obtained was processed based on the average student answers. From the data that has been obtained will form 2 clusters, namely satisfied and dissatisfied with online learning using the Fuzzy C-Means method. And the results of clustering of 500 data obtained 303 students felt "satisfied" and as many as 197 students felt "not satisfied" in the online learning carried out. As for cluster 1 (satisfied students) with an average value of the teaching and learning process 7,389, lecturer competence 7,863 and facilities and infrastructure 7,8883. And for cluster 2 (students are not satisfied) with the average value of the teaching and learning process is 4,466, the competence of lecturers is 5,069 and the value of facilities and infrastructure is 5,424.
