Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was conducted in Benua Raja Village, Rantau District, Aceh Tamiang Regency. Every year this business experiences a decline, except in 2020. The fact that occurred in this Sulis Etawa milk livestock business is that yhere are still many complaints, especially in term of the service received, such as costumer dissatisfaction felt towards this Sulis Etawa milk. This study aims to determine what factors influence consumen satisfication with etawa goat milk in Benua Raja village, Rantau District, Aceh Tamiang Regency. The data analysis method used is logistics, binary sampling using purposive side with a sample size of 80 people. The result of the study showed that the variabels of service, product quality, parga dan promotion have a significant effect on consumer satisfication od sulis etawa goat milk. Of the four variables, the most significant influence on consumer statisfication of sulis etawa goat milk is the product quality variable. This can be seen in the wald value of product quality which hs a value of 9.000 which is greater than the variable. Keyword : Consumer satisfication, Etawa Goat, Milk
