Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Ramayani Puyuh Farm livestock business owned by Mr. Reza Rahmadi which is located in Manyak Payed District, Aceh Tamiang Regency in February 2023. The Ramayani Puyuh Farm livestock business experienced fluctuating sales due to experiencing various problems in running its business, including attacks by diseases such as aspergillosis (respiratory problems), stress in the rainy season, feed prices increase. This research aims to formulate a development strategy that can be implemented by the Ramayani Puyuh Farm livestock business located in Manyak Payed District, Aceh Tamiang Regency. The data analysis method uses SWOT analysis. The type of data in this research is qualitative data. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. The results of this research indicate that the Ramayani Puyuh Farm farm is in quadrant 1 position of aggressive strategy or SO strategy, with a strength and weakness value of 0.80 and opportunities and threats of 1.00, which is a profitable situation and means that the Ramayani Ruvuh Farm farm business has the strength so it can take advantage of existing opportunities.
