Abstract

ABSTRAK Dibandingkan dengan anak-anak seusianya, tunagrahita mengalami keterlambatan mental, intelektual, dan sosial yang signifikan, sehingga mempengaruhi pertumbuhan atau perkembangan mereka. Oleh karena itu, anak tunagrahita membutuhkan layanan khusus dalam pendidikan. Setiap anak dengan kebutuhan khusus memiliki karakteristik unik yang membedakannya dari yang lain. Orang tua anak biasanya mengetahui tentang hal ini melalui konsultasi dengan psikolog. Dengan demikian, ada beberapa masalah yang dihadapi, seperti keterbatasan waktu dan biaya, yang membuat orang tua atau masyarakat merasa terbebani untuk melakukan konsultasi dengan psikolog. Disini penulis merancang sistem pakar diagnosa tunagrahita menggunakan metode dempster shafer yang akan menggantikan pengetahuan pakar psikolog agar dapat mengurangi kendala yang ada. Tahapan penelitian ini diperoleh berdasarkan data wawancara dengan pakar psikolog. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 jenis tingkatan gangguan tunagrahita dengan 27 data gejala yang ada pada tunagrahita dan dilakukan pengujian sistem menggunakan 20 data uji menghasilkan nilai akurasi sebesar 95%, sehingga sistem ini dinyatakan dapat digunakan untuk mendiagnosa jenis tingkatan gangguan pada tunagrahita. Adapun output yang didapatkan dari sistem pakar ini berupa informasi jenis tingkatan gangguan tunagrahita, solusi penanganannya, dan persentase nilai kepastian terdiagnosa tunagrahita. Kata Kunci: Sistem Pakar, Tunagrahita, Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus, Psikolog, Dempster Shafer ABSTRACT Compared with children their age, mentally retarded children experience significant mental, intellectual and social delays which affect their growth and development. Therefore, mentally retarded children require special services in education. Every child with special needs has unique characteristics that differentiate him from other children. The child's parents usually find out about this through consultation with a psychologist. Therefore, there are several problems faced, such as limited time and funds, which make parents or the community feel burdened to consult a psychologist. Here the author designs an expert system for diagnosing mental retardation using the Dempster Shafer method which will replace the expert knowledge of psychologists in order to reduce existing obstacles. This research stage was obtained based on interview data with expert psychologists. This research used 3 types of levels of mental retardation disorders with 27 symptom data in people with mental retardation and the system was tested using 20 test data to produce an accuracy value of 95%, so this system was declared capable. used to diagnose the type of level of disorder in mentally retarded children. The output obtained from this expert system is in the form of information on the type of level of mental retardation disorder, treatment solutions, and the percentage value of the certainty of a diagnosis of mental retardation.
