Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap kinerja keuangan, stabilitas keuangan, dan inklusi keuangan pada perusahaan subsektor kelapa sawit yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018–2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan, laporan keberlanjutan, dan laporan keuangan perusahaan. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 17 perusahaan dengan 119 observasi. CSR diukur menggunakan indeks pengungkapan CSR, sedangkan kinerja keuangan diproksikan dengan Return on Assets (ROA), stabilitas keuangan dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan inklusi keuangan dengan rasio plasma. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi data panel dengan Random Effect Model (REM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CSR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA, dengan koefisien sebesar 0,439839 dan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,0000. CSR berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap DER, dengan koefisien sebesar -6,628411 dan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,0000. Sementara itu, CSR berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap rasio plasma, dengan koefisien sebesar -4,385814 dan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,5709. Dengan demikian, CSR berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan dan stabilitas keuangan, tetapi belum terbukti berpengaruh terhadap inklusi keuangan.Kata Kunci: Corporate Social Responsibility, Kinerja Keuangan, Stabilitas Keuangan, Inklusi Keuangan, Perusahaan Kelapa Sawit. --- English Version --- This study aims to analyze the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on financial performance, financial stability, and financial inclusion in palm oil subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018–2024 period. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from annual reports, sustainability reports, and financial statements. The sample consists of 17 companies with 119 observations. CSR is measured using a CSR disclosure index, while financial performance is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA), financial stability by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and financial inclusion by the plasma ratio. Data analysis is conducted using panel data regression with the Random Effect Model (REM). The results show that CSR has a positive and significant effect on ROA, with a coefficient of 0.439839 and a probability value of 0.0000. CSR has a negative and significant effect on DER, with a coefficient of -6.628411 and a probability value of 0.0000. Meanwhile, CSR has a negative but insignificant effect on the plasma ratio, with a coefficient of -4.385814 and a probability value of 0.5709.
