Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari variabel PDB Pertanian, PDB Industri, dan NTP terhadap Tenaga Kerja pada Sektor Pertanian di Indonesia dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) menggunakan data Time Series dengan rentang waktu dari tahun 1994- 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam jangka panjang PDB Pertanian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada sektor pertanian di Indonesia, sedangkan PDB Industri dan NTP berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Dalam jangka pendek PDB Pertanian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada sektor pertanian di Indonesia, sedangkan variabel PDB industri dan NTP berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Selain itu, dalam uji simultan variabel PDB Pertanian, PDB Industri dan NTP secara bersama- sama mempengaruhi penyerapan tenaga kerja pada sektor pertanian di Indonesia secara signifikan dalam jangka panjang dan jangka pendek. Kata kunci : Tanaga Kerja Pertanian, PDB Pertanian, PDB Industri, NTP. This study aims to analyze the effects of Agricultural Gross Domestic Product, Industrial Gross domestic product and the Farmer’s Terms of Trade (NTP) on labor absorption in the agricultural sector in Indonesia in both the sort run and the long run. The research method employed is a quantitative approach using the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) with Time Series data covering the period from 1994 to 2024. The results of the study indicate that, in the long run Agricultural GDP have a positive and significant effect on labor absorption in the agricultural sector in Indonesia, while Industrial GDP and NTP has a negative and significant effect. In the short run, Agricultural GDP has a positive and significant effect on labor absorption in the agricultural sector in Indonesia, whereas Industrial GDP and NTP have negative and significant effects. Based on the simultaneous test, the variables of Agricultural GDP, Industrial GDP, and NTP jointly have a significant effect on labor absorption in the agricultural sector in Indonesia.
