Abstract

CV. KIng Of Milk Fish is a company engaged in buying and selling frozen fishery products. CV. King Of Milk Fish is located in Raja Village, Bendahara District, Aceh Tamiang Regency. This research aims to identify the supply chain risks of pomfret fish, kampi fish, layur fish, flying fish, skipjack fish, squid, frog cuttlefish, tiger shrimp, white shrimp and soft shell crab at CV. King Of Milk Fish and Determining supply chain risk management strategies for pomfret fish, kampi fish, layur fish, flying fish, skipjack fish, squid, cuttlefish, tiger shrimp, white shrimp and soft shell crab at CV. King Of Milk Fish with the House of Risk method. The methods used are the House of Risk method and the SCOR model. The results of this research are that in its supply chain activities this company has risks that must be faced as many as 18 risk events and 12 risk causes. There are 5 priority risks, namely raw materials that depend on the season (A3), power outages (A8), raw materials arriving late (A6), fluctuating product demand (A2) and distant supplier locations (A4). Mitigation strategies that can be implemented by companies are increasing cooperation with raw material suppliers both from within and outside Aceh Province (PA1), increasing raw material stocks (PA2), coordinating with PLN regarding electricity outage schedules (PA3), providing generator engines. with adequate capacity (PA4), setting a tolerance time limit for late arrival of materials from suppliers (PA5), increasing product stock in cold storage (PA6), raw material collection is carried out by CV. King Of Milk Fish to supplier areas by setting a minimum limit for the quantity of raw materials (PA7) and providing freezers in supplier areas (PA8).
